Horgan Quay Cork is a significant urban redevelopment consisting of 6 acres of disused railway lands on a river front setting. 3 phases of Offices development, Apartments and a Hotel.

Lilly is a global and world leading research-based Pharmaceutical company specialising in the areas of Bio-Medicines, Diabetes and oncology. Working with PJ Hegarty, we completed the mechanical and electrical services to the landmark new IE 40 hub building in Cork.

Working with Arup we were nominated as the Electrical services specialist to carry out works on this world class European headquarters building in Cork. The successful completion of this project led to further on-campus projects on call centres, heath and wellness centre and power infrastructure works.

Sanofi is a global healthcare leader with 75 manufacturing sites in 33 countries. Working with PM Group and Sisk we were nominated the mechanical services specialist for the development of 5600m2 of new offices and cafeteria, coupled with a QC Laboratory expansion which doubled the existing laboratory capability.

GECAS is a world-leading aviation lessor and financier based in Westpark Business Park Shannon. Working with Faber Maunsell/Aecom, We provided the mechanical & electrical services to this 6,000m² of office fitout. We also completed 22,000m² of office Shell & Core and a further 6,000m² of office fitout for clients such as Digital River, Enterprise Ireland, and Genesis Lease.

This project involves the construction a mixed use development incorporating office shell and core and partial fitout together with high spec residential apartment block. The project also included the provision of a ground level car park. Working with Synergy Engineering and Nevin Construction we provided the mechanical services to this development.

Clayton Whites Hotel, located in the heart of Wexford is complete with a large leisure and conference centre. Working with Conroy Architect’s we provided a Turnkey Design and Build service for mechanical and electrical services for this prestigious hotel.

Aldi Distribution centre and regional offices in Mitchelstown, Co Cork is located on a development of 33 acres. Working with Arup we were nominated the mechanical and electrical specialist on this project that has a gross floor area of 59,500m2 for ALDI Stores (Ireland) Limited.
